New president

At the General Members' Meeting of 23rd February of this year, Mr Rogé Meuwissen resigned from the board of Cooperative Growers' Association De Schakel UA.

After being a board member for 12 years, 10 of which in the role of president, Rogé has decided not to make himself available for re-election. During the meeting, the vice-president poignantly recited Rogé's achievements, and thanked him on behalf of all members and staff for his many years of hard work!

Within the board, as per 15th March of this year, the role of president was taken over by the current vice-president, Mr Piet van der Burgt. Piet has been a member of the board since 2008.

At the General Members' Meeting, Mr Pieter Veschure was elected and ascended to the board.
