Climate testing winter spinach

Winter spinach was sown in the Grevenbroich region (Germany) and Perwez region (Belgium) at the end of September / beginning of October.

Sensors were put in place at each of the growing areas to monitor climate changes.  
This spinach will grow through the winter and be ready to harvest in early April.

The sensors will be placed with other crops once the winter spinach cultivation is complete   -  Anton Slegers
